Digital products and Lightroom Presets

We do not issue refunds for digital products, including but not limited to Lightroom presets, once the order is confirmed and the product is sent unless there is a technical issue with the product that cannot be resolved or misrepresentation in the description. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions.

Please ensure that the product is compatible with the version of Lightroom you have installed on your device. The compatibility information can be found in the product description. Note that Adobe released a new Lightroom preset format in 2018 which is not backward compatible with older versions of Lightroom.
